Beautiful in the Morning

Dir: Flavia Casà
UK
Feature 84 mins

Set against the British seaside, Beautiful in the Morning is about three generations of women whose personal crossroads interfere with their attempts to reconnect. We follow Marielle, the youngest, as she struggles to spend time with her family. But her loyalties are tested by the arrival of a stranger. This man channels each woman’s need for change, and this story explores the inner contradictions and desires that women face today.
