SIÂN DOCKSEY: Pole Yourself Together! & Friends

17th, 18th & 19th July 7pm £11.50

Pole dancing comedian Siân Docksey (★★★★ The Skinny) cheerfully ignores climate disaster, another recession and the steady creep of fascism to see if hanging off a stick can make you stop thinking about death.

Doubling up with a different comedian every night, come for top tier work-in-progress shows before they hit the Edinburgh Fringe!

First show 7pm-8pm, second show 8.15pm-9.15pm

JULY 17: Mary O’Connell – Money Princess

A hotly anticipated debut show from a blunt and disturbed perspective of observational annoyance and mischief. Mary O’Connell has always had money anxiety, and, rather annoyingly, winning the world’s biggest prize fund in comedy hasn’t helped that. Mary breaks down her tricky relationship with money, her risk averse attitude, and her obsession with scams and financial crime in one entertaining, silly, heartfelt show.

JULY 18: Matty Hutson – Don’t Hold Back

Leicester Square New Comedian and Musical Comedy Awards three-time finalist, musical comedian Matty Hutson bares his sensitive soul in this highly anticipated debut hour, accompanied by as many instruments as he can fit into a suitcase.

JULY 19: Lulu Popplewell – Actually, Actually

In her debut solo show, failed child actor and now successful comedian Lulu Popplewell explores the links between Love Actually, smoking crack, the Daily Mail and sunburn. Is love actually all around? Why is addiction more relatable than recovery? Which drug would Mr Bean be most likely to take? None of these questions satisfactorily answered and more!* A daft, rude and thoughtful hour of jokes, actually. *One song.
