Rainbow Umbrella Film Festival is run by filmmakers and aims to celebrate the very best in indie and encourage all aspects of independent LGBTQI+ film making.

Day Two:

THIS IS GOODBYE (Directed by Keith Tang) After a devastating breakup, a young woman wants closure with the one who hurt her.

MY GIRLFRIEND’S FAMILY (Directed by Kimberly Schäfer) Rebellious daughter Lila wants to introduce her new friend Kim to her strict Catholic parents. But the supposedly peaceful family dinner ends in political disaster.

AURORA (Directed by Tzu Tung Chen) Aurora bumps into an attractive and passionate photographer, Elaine, who leads her on a journey of finding beauty in life.

WHITE CARPETS (Directed by Tiana Linden) Fraz and Cally debate the value of a white carpet as Fraz’s obsessive landlord hoovers outside her room. 

WHISTLINGS (Directed by Matilde Albert) An army colonel is invited by the General Staff to attend the Annual Parade carried out by the Armed Forces.
He wants his son to accompany him, but he opposes it.
