RAH

7th & 11th March 7.30pm £15/10

An hour before Manal’s family come over for Iftar, she opens up to her white boyfriend about her identity crisis, honour killings, and the Twilight Saga.

“When my dad found out I was on antidepressants, he sent me back to Morocco. He wanted me to spend a month in the Atlas Mountains to see how happy Moroccans are without needing medication. I mean, he wasn’t wrong, the people I met were very happy, but they didn’t know who Timothee Chalamet is, so I question that.”

A dark-comedy show debuting the writing of laila Latifa, created by an entirely South West Asian and North African (SWANA) team and Two Thousand and One Productions.
