Lady Gabor is a play about a missing dog.  When the dog is found the truth will prevail for our sad and pathetic drunkard, Sebastian aka “Nugget”

He has fallen from his perch into an abyss of a shady business deals done by word of mouth in beer houses and is living on his wits.  Ably protected,  by ex-Millwall hooligan and junk- yard king, Barney, they are stable in their addiction.  Only, on this fatal morning,  where is Phantom? The dog, Nugget’s only source of true unconditional love, has vanished.  From this point forward, reality speaks and sobriety beckons.  That memory, the memory, so often withered by alcohol and abused until it tells him, that life is sweet, now has to think like a real person. Where was I? what did I do? Where’s my dog? This is the journey into paranoia and conspiracy. Nugget starts to see, that the dog has been taken, not lost. That others are out to get him.  Is this true? A fantasy? Is life better a drunk or sober? His truth awaits him, when he visits a fortune teller, a lady Gabor, blessed with the power of mystery wisdom. She will answer his question. My dog, where is my dog? What does my dog mean?

Tickets booked online must be collected 15mins before showtime. Cash tickets are available for 30 mins at the box office. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*

Ticket price includes a £1.50 membership fee which entitles you to £1.50 off all further shows at the theatre for one year. The membership card will be presented with your ticket(s) at the box office, on the day.
