Glassboy is a deep dive into the complex world of toxic masculinity. This electric and confronting play which is written by RADA graduate Gabriel Phelan and directed by award winning creator and filmmaker Ruby Phelan is infused with punk sensibilities, stylish design and nightmare sequences which all unpick the relationship that Glassboy has to his little toxic demon.

Glassboy is driven by music and the innate heartbeat of punk bands like The slaves, Descendents and The Dead Kennedy’s. Glassboy NEEDS to speak but is constantly interuppted by the presence of a deadly beast who has him under his control.

This rip roaring dark comedy boldly presents an urgent conversation with an active, colourful and playful manner. Glassboy tackles an overdue and burning topic which needs to come to the surface.
